Here at Wind Eagle Farm we raise the heritage breed cattle, Belted Galloways; also referred to as Belties or Oreo Cows!

Our pasture raised cows are also fed locally grown hay and haylage, ensuring that our herd remains up to the breed standard for well marbled meat that is incredibly low in saturated fat and cholesterol!
